Luke started Pre-K today. He had a great day! He will go three days a week. At the last minute, we decided to switch Luke to a preschool closer to our new house. I think it was a wonderful decision and I thoroughly enjoyed having only a 10 minute drive today instead of a 30 minute one. I tried to take a few pictures before school and only managed to get one decent one. I am pretty sad about it but at least I got the one. I am so excited for Luke and all of the fun things he is going to learn this year!

Meanwhile, Ethan and I enjoyed the wonderful weather and played for a long time outside. I don’t feel like I can get anything done when Ethan is awake—when I am folding laundry, he is right there unfolding it; if I am loading/unloading the dishwasher, he is going straight for the knives or trying to stand on the dishwasher door; if I’m making the bed, he wants to be on top of the bed playing; if I’m on the computer, he’s turning the surge protector off and on and trying to pull cables out of the wall. But—they grow up fast. So I”m going to try to enjoy this one-on-one time with Ethan and hopefully get some stuff done too.

Luke is pure sunshine! Blessings on him as he enters Pre-K and continues to grow healthy and happy in all good things.
Ethan --- you precious little angel!!! It will be your turn too soon. Enjoy your time with Mom.

Aw.. he looks so handsome. we only got one picture too. its a tough age. Your day sounds identical to mine...due to having cousin twins i suppose.
